Cellulite: How I Lost It?

You probably read all kind of advices on the internet about how you can get rid of your cellulite. Have you tried any of them? Eventually I realized they were all pretty much the same and they all included me buying some expensive lotion or gel that was guaranteed to make my cellulite disappear. I gave up and started searching for something that I can do on my own without spending a cent. This is what I tried and what I am still practicing two years now and I am proud to say I haven't lost a cent on my cellulite for over this period of time. What a save!

Cellulite - Losing it without losing money!

Cellulite is probably the worst esthetic problem you can have when on the beach. We all tried so many things to solve this issue, and frankly none of them really worked. These are the steps that helped me lose my cellulite, but for real.

1. Get the wakeup call!

Over the years I realized the starting point is always that wakeup call that gets you to actually do something, make the change you need.
I complained about my cellulite for couple of years, always looking myself in the mirror from the front, so I never really saw how bad the situation on my ties got over the years.
One day I asked my friend to take my picture from behind while I was in my swimming suit, I believe it was a microkini (how brave).
I can't really describe what I felt when I examined the photo. I couldn't really believe it was me, I have let my cellulite literally colonize a big part of my body, the part I wasn't always able to see that often.

This was my wakeup call.

Cellulite won't be living inside my skin anymore!

I stopped eating bread that very night.
I also decided not to eat anything that was fried, anything that was greasy, I said goodbye to so delicious fast food.
I stopped smoking in the similar way, but that's another story.
Once you realize these things are ruining your body and your health, you won't like them anymore. It is that simple.

2. Respect Your Decisions!

Once you decide to make some changes in your diet, tell everybody about it. If everybody around you know about your new way of life, it would be harder for you to go back to your old ways. People sometimes do stuff just to prove a point. So, this is a good point to prove, don't you think?

3. Eat More!

Eat more than usually. Eat at least five times a day. Make sure you include fruit (in the mornings), vegetables and nuts!

4. Start Moving Your Legs!

One of the reasons cellulite lives in our legs is we don't really move our legs all that much. So, exercise is unavoidable. But, I couldn't really see myself in the gym every day. Frankly, I don't have that much time on my hand.
I decided to get those muscles going by doing legs exercise for 15 minutes twice or three times a week. Nothing heavy, some squats or whatever works for you. The point is to get the blood going.

5. Make Sure You Note Your Results!

I was so inpatient to see my legs looking like their old selves that I wrote down all the changes I saw or measured on my body. This made me feel in control and in charge of the entire process.

Cellulite – It can always come back

These steps really helped me, I lost almost all of the cellulite, but I am still sticking to these five points, it is a life style now. I feel great! Good luck, girls!
Can't wait to wear my microkini and take it for a spin around the beach!
